WANTED: Customer Success Specialist
You’re motivated and pro-active! A person who enjoys social interaction and is able to clearly communicate information both internally and external. You possess a strong willingness to learn, and most importantly, can align with the vision Social Seeder has on current digital trends.
We are looking for someone who is able to think outside the box but has both feet planted on the ground!
What are your requirements?
- Advanced understanding of social media trends for the main channels: Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Xing, etc
- Proficient at Excel & Powerpoint (you don’t need to be an expert, the basics will suffice)
- Through clear communication, you will help customers with technical questions of the platform
- You love data and making sense of it to give valuable insights
- Building relationships with clients comes naturally and, through this, you help retain them as customers
- Can-do attitude is a must
