Facilicom is one of the biggest employers in the Netherlands. With so many employees, how can Faciliciom share corporate news without overloading them with information?
Facilicom Group has 3 main goals with Social Seeder:
- Create awareness: try to get their name out there and get people to know them.
- Drive traffic to their website: In most of their campaigns, they share blogposts that believe are interesting and relevant for their ambassadors and their audience. The goal in these cases is that ambassadors and their network read the blog and, once they finished reading it, they start browsing the rest of the website.
- Boost conversion: for instance, Facilicom Group uses Social Seeder to promote events, attrect new talents and get people to sign up.
Facilicom Group started working with Social Seeder in 2016 and they already feel the impact. At the moment, they have more than 400 ambassadors, 77% of which are active last month. They send, on average, two campaigns per month to different segments of our ambassadors and we are quite happy with the results.
An example of a campaign that was very well received by the ambassadors was “Recruit trainees”.
With this campaign Facilicom Group wanted their employees to share this post to recruit new trainees.
The results were very positive. The 78 ambassadors shared the campaign on 1.2 social media channels on average and they helped Facilicom Group drive around 909 people to the website; almost 12 people per ambassador.
