Belfius was looking for new ways to attract young professionals.
Spreading the message to the right people wasn’t always that easy, but using their internal ambassador network got them some interesting results!
- Create awareness among young people
- Hire a new badge of young professionals for the bank
- Find the most efficient way to do it.
First, Belfius identified their young proud employees and asked them to become ambassadors of the bank. Then Invite some of these young professionals and ambassadors of the company for a photo shooting and use the faces to promote the bank. Finally, they send the campaign with their ambassadors on the main picture and ask them to share it with the people they thought might be interested.
85% of the ambassadors share the campaign in, at least, one social media channel.
