After having grown to a solid start-up in the Benelux market, Social Seeder is ready to take the leap towards an international scale-up. This means that we need to grow exponentially and that can only be accomplished with a very strong business growth.

We are looking for someone that can build and maintain our client portfolio.  Someone that sees opportunities and acts upon them.  Someone that can think along with our customers to come up with an optimum solution.  Does this sound like you?

Job Summary

  • You’ll become a part of a growing scale-up and you have the ambition to drive our company to the future.
  • You’ll actively develop our clientportfolio.
  • You turn qualified inbound marketing leads into qualified sales leads and eventually customers.
  • Your top-level communication skills and empathy convince even the toughest of prospects to get on board.
  • You give demos to prospects explaining the value of our product.
  • You close deals.
  • You'll assist our marketing team to optimize the lead-funnel.
  • You also actively assist in the development of a partner network.

Skills & Requirements

  • You have at least 3 years working experience
  • You have experience in business development, preferably in a SAAS-environment.
  • You think outside the box and you challenge yourself to thrive.
  • You are following up on the latest technology and solutions within the product
  • You love to be ahead of the curve and you keep eye on the competition, market trends, ...
  • You are a prime communicator
  • You have a solid understanding of funnels and preferably experience in Hubspot
  • Startup experience will be added advantage

Soft Skills

  • You are analytical, optimistic, solution oriented and creative, with an open mind
  • You value communication and collaboration with others
  • Excellent knowledge of English is mandatory (both oral and written).  Any other language is a strong bonus
  • You have a good sense for a market-/country-specific approach and local culture
  • Take ownership of the task and come up with a creative optimum solution.
