Job Summary

  • You’ll become a part of a growing scale-up and you have the ambition to drive our company to the future.
  • You’ll ensure that our customers meet success throughout their customer journey, from onboarding to upselling licenses and benchmarking.
  • You'll manage inbound leads and direct them to the appropriate sales-funnel.
  • You’ll support our customers to ensure they get the most out of our tool (both in use and in best practices).
  • You define new strategies to enhance client business through their content marketing.
  • You'll assist in the adoption of our tool at our customers through workshops and training.
  • You gather feedback from our clients about the tool and you'll have regular review sessions with them to define action plans.
  • You'll detect potential opportunities and platform improvements and discuss them with the team.
  • You manage a small team of customer success agents.

Skills & Requirements

  • You have at least 5 years working experience of which 2 years relevant experience
  • You have experience in managing a small team
  • You think outside the box and you challenge the status quo
  • You have a marketing or communication background
  • You have a passion for content, design and social media
  • You have demonstrated experience in managing accounts
  • You understand the value of storytelling and brand consistency
  • Experience in Hubspot is a plus
  • Experience with SAAS solutions is an added value
  • Startup experience will be added advantage

Soft Skills

  • You are analytical, optimistic, solution oriented and creative, with an open mind.
  • You value communication and collaboration with others.
  • You have a learning attitude.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Dutch is mandatory (both oral and written). French or any other language is an advantage.
  • You have a good sense for a market-/country-specific approach and local culture.
  • Take ownership of the task and come up with a creative optimum solution.
