About the role 

You will be responsible for the customer’s journey throughout our platform and Employee engagement methodology. This goes from giving workshops to preparing technical onboardings and guiding them to a success story by giving them strategic feedback.
  • Ensuring that your customers meet success throughout their customer journey, from easy on-boarding to upselling licenses and Data benchmarking with their competitors.
  • Supporting your clients to ensure they extract the full benefit of our tool capabilities & services, from an efficient use to the implementation of the best business practices.
  • Finding new strategies to enhance client business throughout content marketing, conversion tracking, ROI and so much more.
  • Tracking the client's effective tool use and guarding their KPI’s to help them create a successful story.

Your ideal profile

You are a team-player motivated to work for a startup in a fast-moving environment. You possess an entrepreneurial spirit and are willing to do what is needed to succeed.
  • Typically carry a degree in business, marketing or communication. But do not hesitate to apply if you don’t.
  • Trilingual (FR, NL, EN), preferably FR native and fluent in English.
