Being a SAAS-platform our future growth largely depends on data and data-driven decisions. Being able to present information and learnings through an easy to understand dashboard is key.

We are looking for someone that can make data comprehensible. Drawing the right conclusions out of a pool of data is an art, we are looking for the artist that can. Job Summary

You’ll become a part of a growing scale-up and you have the ambition to drive our company to the future.
You’ll define the data vision and goals, and you'll create business cases out of this.
You’ll develop strategic roadmaps for the development to keep in mind whilst developing the tool.
You make sure the data is captured and displayed in an easy to use/read dashboard.
You'll advise the internal teams on data use and how to formulate findings to our customers.
You can contribute to the improvement of the data quality.
You can design and define the logical data architecture required to run our tool.
You follow market trends regarding AI and you assist us in incorporating AI.
Evangelize the power of data & AI, both internally and externally, and act as a thought leader.
You help our platform to do predictive analysis and make prescriptive proposals.

Skills & Requirements

You have at least 3 years relevant working experience
You have experience in managing complex database structures and you have the ability to understand and organize large portions of data
You think outside the box and you challenge the status quo
You have a strong affinity with next trends in data and analytics
You have had a first experience with AI
Having worked with Cumul.io is a strong advantage
Knowledge of relational databases (My)SQL is a must
Experience with SAAS solutions is an added value
Startup experience will be added advantage

Soft Skills

You are analytical, optimistic, solution-oriented, and creative, with an open mind.
You value communication and collaboration with others.
You have a learning attitude.
Excellent knowledge of English is mandatory (both oral and written). French and/or Dutch is an advantage.
You have a drive of growing your stake in a team and organization.
