Job Summary

You’ll become a part of a growing scale-up and you have the ambition to drive our company to the future.
You monitor, analyse and translate market-needs to new solutions.
You are responsible for defining the workings of new features through functional analysis documents, user journeys and wireframes.
You create SWOT and MoSCoW analyses and testing scripts.
Together with the Customer Success team you’ll assess feature requests and put them on the roadmap. You provide the epics for the development team.
You have a strong sense for UI and you make sure that your functional analysis is translated into designs ready for use by the development team.
Together with the Development Team Lead you provide realistic estimations of work effort and resourcing.
You know the product inside-out and you are able to explain all of it’s bells and whistles.
Once a feature has been delivered you’ll thoroughly test it before it’s being released into the wild.

Skills & Requirements

You have at least 4 years working experience
You have experience as a project manager
You have a strong affinity with UI, UX and research experience is a plus.
You think outside the box and you challenge the status quo
You know how to write a functional analysis
You can easily communicate with both the management, customers and developers
Basic coding experience might come in handy, but isn’t part of the job itself
Experience in working in an AGILE environment is a plus (scrum mainly)
Experience with SAAS solutions is an added value
Startup experience will be an added advantage

Soft Skills

You are analytical, assertive, optimistic and solution oriented.
You are creative, with an open mind.
You value communication and collaboration with others.
You have a learning attitude.
Excellent knowledge of English is mandatory (both oral and written). French and/or Dutch is an advantage.
Customer centricity is your second nature.
Take ownership of the task and come up with a creative optimum solution.
