Job Summary

  • You’ll become a part of a growing scale-up and you have the ambition to drive our company to the future.
  • You monitor, analyse and translate market-trends to new solutions.
  • You analyze the competition and create benchmarks.
  • You are responsible for the strategic roadmap of our tool..
  • Together with the Customer Success team you’ll assess feature requests and discuss them with the product owner.
  • You create a product pricing strategy for both our own sales and partner-sales.
  • You set up a user-testing procedure and you are in the lead of the bèta-testing program.
  • You organize customer panels.
  • You provide the marketing team and the partners with the right information about our tool and new features.

Skills & Requirements

  • You have at least 4 years working experience
  • You have experience as a strategist or marketing specialist.
  • You have a strong affinity with the customer experience and user journeys.
  • You think outside the box and you challenge the status quo
  • You value the strength of thorough research.
  • You can easily communicate with both the management, customers and developers
  • You have experience with product pricing schemes.
  • Experience in working in an AGILE environment is a plus (scrum mainly)
  • Experience with SAAS solutions is an added value
  • Startup experience will be an added advantage

Soft Skills

  • You are analytical, assertive, optimistic and solution oriented.
  • You are creative, with an open mind.
  • You value communication and collaboration with others.
  • You have a learning attitude.
  • Excellent knowledge of English is mandatory (both oral and written). French and/or Dutch is an advantage.
  • Customer centricity is your second nature.
  • Take ownership of the task and come up with a creative optimum solution.
