Are you our new Marketing Communications Coordinator?

After having grown to a solid start-up in the Benelux market, Social Seeder is ready to take the leap towards an international scale-up. This means that we need to grow exponentially and that can only be accomplished with a very strong digital marketing approach.

We are looking for someone that can manage our marketing communications efforts. Meaning that you'll be responsible for our Social Media channels, and making sure our branding is carried out in all layers of the organisation.  You create our marketing campaigns, content en storytelling.  Does this sound like you?

Job Summary

  • You’ll become a part of a growing scale-up and you have the ambition to drive our company to the future.
  • You’ll develop social media initiatives and content.
  • You’ll support our partners in their marketing efforts.
  • You assist in the creation of campaigns and copywriting, and you manage the development of our website.
  • Ensure brand consistency across the whole organization.
  • You create email campaigns and set up a customer lifecycle communication strategy.
  • You'll assist our Growth Marketing Manager in his initiatives to drive a maximum of traffic through the funnel.
  • You plan and execute events, and assist trade shows.

Skills & Requirements

  • You have at least 3 years working experience
  • You have experience in project management
  • You think outside the box and you challenge the status quo
  • Having experience in Photoshop and Illustrator is an advantage.
  • You hava a passion for content, design and social media.
  • You understand the value of storytelling and brand consistency
  • You can do basic copywriting
  • You know your way around SEO and keyword research
  • You have a solid understanding of funnels and preferably experience in Hubspot
  • Experience with SAAS solutions is an added value
  • Startup experience will be added advantage

Soft Skills

  • You are analytical, optimistic, solution oriented and creative, with an open mind.
  • You value communication and collaboration with others.
  • You have a learning attitude.
  • Excellent knowledge of English is mandatory (both oral and written). French and/or Dutch is an advantage.
  • You have a good sense for a market-/country-specific approach and local culture
  • Take ownership of the task and come up with a creative optimum solution.
