Rode Kruis started working with Social Seeder in 2016 to release the power of employee advocacy. The results are impressive and we’ll share them with you in this use case.
Rode Kruis is an independent volunteer organisation with the mission of defending the interests of vulnerable people, being proactive in emergency-management, promoting sef-reliance and organising blood supply, and to care for vulnerable individuals.
Rode Kruis has 806 professionals, 250 regional offices and is active in 180 countries.
We have been working with Social Seeder since 2016, mostly for marketing purposes and to engage with our employees.
Rode Kruis had 3 clear objectives with Social Seeder:
We started working with Social Seeder in 2016 and we already feel the impact. At the moment, we have more than 950 ambassadors, 60% of which are active. We are sending, on average, 1 campaign per month to different segments of our ambassadors and we are quite happy with the results.
This campaign was launched to promote “Donors with negative blood group wanted”. The 197 involved employees got more than 1106 clicks.
The results were very positive. The 84 employees shared the campaign on 1.6 social media channels on average and they helped drive around 1473 people to our website; almost 17.5 people per ambassador.
Whether we are communicating about disasters or, closer to home, about the urgent need of blood donors: as an NGO it’s very important that our messages gets spread in a fast and easy way. Thanks to Social Seeder we can count on hundreds of employees, volunteers and fans to do this.
