Since 2005 Guidion teams up with freelancers, offering technical support in and around the house for customers from both national and international partners. Every year, about 1.500 freelancers in the netherlands execute over 800.000 installations and maintenance services.
Guidion has 2 main goals with Social Seeder:
- Increase recruitment: try to get their name out there and get people to know them.
- Increase employee commitment: In most of their campaigns, they share blogposts that believe are interesting and relevant for their ambassadors and their audience. The goal in these cases is that ambassadors and their network read the blog and, once they finished reading it, they start browsing the rest of the website.
Guidion started working with Social Seeder in 2018 and they already feel the impact. At the moment, they have more than 85 ambassadors, 82% of which are active. They send, on average, two campaigns per month to different segments of our ambassadors and we are quite happy with the results.
An example of a campaign that was very well received by Guidion’s ambassadors was “Let’s Grow-trainer en coach van Guidion aan het woord over ontwikkeling”.
The results were very positive. The 73 employees shared the campaign on 2.2 social media channels on average and they helped Guidion drive around 399 people to the website; almost 6 people per ambassador.
