Frontend Developer (React)

Social Seeder is looking to expand its in-house development team with an experienced Frontend developer. Will you help us build the UI of the brand new version of the Social Seeder platform?

What you offer:
  • You are familiar with
    • the React framework
    • Redux or another state container library
    • Jest or another testing framework
    • Sass, CSS, HTML and all other obvious technologies
  • You have a scale-up mentality, are eager to learn, but also get excited from being able to guide and help others. You're solution minded and proactively think about ways to improve the platform to benefit our clients and other stake holders.
  • You don't like to re-invent the wheel and create your code with reusability in mind.
  • You think testing your code isn't even a question and the meticulously crafted art you produce doesn't flinch under them. 
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch or French.

Backend Developer (PHP)

Social Seeder is looking to expand its in-house development team with a PHP developer. Will you help us build the REST API and the other tools for the backend of the brand new version of the Social Seeder platform?

What you offer:
  • You are skilled in most, or even better, all of these:
    • PHP 8 
    • PostgreSQL / MongoDB
    • Redis
    • RabbitMQ (or similar)
    • PHP Unit
    • Composer & NPM
    • Symfony Components
    • Docker
    • CI/CD
  • You have a good architectural knowledge of or are interested to learn more about Domain Driven Design, CQ(R)S, Hexagonal Architecture, SOLID and other design principles & patterns, and so much more; and you love to discuss them within your team to come to the best possible solution.
  • You have a scale-up mentality, are eager to learn, but also get excited from being able to guide and help others. You're solution minded and proactively think about ways to improve the platform to benefit our clients and other stake holders.
  • You don't like to re-invent the wheel and create your code with reusability in mind.
  • You hate technical debt, but are able to coop with some if needed, can manage it and are eager to pay it off as soon as possible to keep our code base healthy and in-check.
  • Writing tests is a second nature, and you wouldn't dream of writing code without them.
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch or French.

Marketing Manager
About the job

After having grown to a solid start-up in the Benelux market, Social Seeder is ready to take the leap towards an international scale-up. This implies an exponential growth that can only be accomplished with a very strong marketing approach.

We are looking for an experienced marketer who knows their way around growth marketing and marketing automation, is skilled in content marketing and at the same time not afraid to do some groundwork. Job Summary
  • You are setting the foundations of a solid marketing strategy focused on digital.
  • You will develop and manage a global market strategy.
  • You will develop a partnership marketing program that supports the globalization strategy.
  • You are responsible for the content and communication strategy and, to that extent, will manage external agencies in the creation and production of high-quality assets.
  • Digital journeys, audience targeting and data-driven marketing to boost conversion are things that keep you awake.
  • You believe in the power of thought leadership through content marketing and know how to put it into practice.
  • Supervising SEA-campaigns, social advertising and other growth hacking methodologies are second nature for you.
  • You have a strong sense of branding, and are able to meticulously follow up on all the assets that are shared with prospects and customers.
Skills & Requirements
  • You have at least 8 years working experience
  • You are digital and tech savvy
  • You have experience managing external suppliers and partners
  • You think outside the box, and challenge the status quo
  • You have a passion for performance, customer lifecycle and retention marketing
  • You understand Google Adwords and Social Advertising
  • You have experience in content marketing, storytelling and copywriting
  • You know your way around SEO and keyword research
  • You know how to translate a branding guide into a strong brand image
  • You have a solid understanding of funnels and preferably experience in Hubspot
  • Experience with SAAS solutions is an added value
  • Experience in content production (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) is a surplus
  • Startup experience will be added advantage
Soft Skills
  • You are analytical, solution oriented and creative, with an open mind.
  • You value open communication and collaboration with others.
  • You have a learning attitude.
  • You are bi-lingual English/Dutch or English/French, every other language is an advantage.
  • You take ownership of the task and come up with a creative optimum solution.
